The location of the hotel is perfect, my room overlooks the lake with a very nice view during the day and fireworks at night. I can lie comfortably on my bed and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toya and Mount Yotei. Although the furniture is quite old, the room is very spacious and comfortable. It is really a very pleasant experience to have a bath in the hot springs with a view of the lake and the mountains. The dining room is huge and also overlooks the lake. Even though there are a lot of group tourists, the staff can get you a table within minutes. Both Western and Japanese food is very plentiful, and I am already full before I try any more delicious food.

The view was magnificent. We woke up and were greeted by a beautiful lake view with Mount Yobetsu in the background. At night, the fireworks could be viewed comfortably from the room. Having an onsen in hotel meant we could relax whenever is convenient. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. If you like to sneak in a run, the 2km long waterfront promenade is perfect. I did a 5K at 10pm and it was so peaceful. Even that late, there were still people about. Lastly the hotel staff helped celebrate our wedding anniversary milestone with cakes. That was such a lovely gesture and made our stay memorable.

Got a deluxe room with lake view at a very discounted rate as we had to book at short notice. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the lake and the fireworks from the bed The onsen was exceptional - clean, spacious and facing the lake The buffet dinner had a wide spread of dishes Staff could speak english and were helpful in getting taxis around the area if you are considering this vs Lake View Toya Nonokaze: I would recommend this hotel if the prices are lower/comparable Although dated, the staff service was welcoming and the view of the lake and onsen facilities were superior

We booked our rooms with half board meals included. The breakfast & dinner have wide spread of different types of dishes, from Japanese to Chinese & Western food. All are delicious & the seafoods were very fresh. The hotel is located next to the lake & has a wonderful view of the fireworks display every night. Has sufficient parking spaces just next to the hotel. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Onsen pools are large & has indoor & outdoor pools. The 9th storey pool has a fantastic view of the lake & mount Yontai.

This resort is huge and there were many tour groups that checked in. With a large crowd, we were prepared for chaos and a school canteen feel during dinner and breakfast. However, we were surprised that the dining hall was spacious and there were food options were widely spread out. Throroughly enjoyed their seafood section where they had a wide array of sashimi for you to choose and make your own chirashi don. We liked their onsen as well especially the one on the top floor with a beautiful view of Lake Toya.
